Best Groupset in your opinion

Best groupset campagnolo record 10 speed of course.

For MTB sram eagle is very good and therefore the wireless version would be nice as it would get rid of all my horrid cables.

What makes Campy 10 better than the more modern ones? I saw a nice chorus 10 close by on sale and it is tempting me

10 speed Record for me as well. Best levers in my hands, good enough gearing range for me, low weight, rebuildable, and most importantly; the best looking.
I do dabble with other groupsets and the occasional franskenstein setup though, but if I could only have one, there is no doubt.

As above. The new stuff is nice but 10 speed record (chorus and Daytona) just rock. Everything about them is just right. If you want wide range there's a 13-29t. Functionally no groupset has bettered it. Then again Shimano peaked for me with 7403/7410 parts for road bikes. There newer kit has only added more gears added less reliable bb's but not got better and changing cogs.

However kit has to move on. The current campagnolo 12 speed feels right. Shimano Duracell 9100 just feels like 105. So one had to wonder what the point in it is.

And between "early" and "late" 10 speed, is there any important difference or pretty much the same? My favorite are the all-alloy ones. Best looking groupsets in history, imho (9 speed look super cool too). I'll happily have a triple chainset with a 13-29 for the mountains here.

This isn't a question that is easy to answer.
For precision it would be electrical!
For minimal risk of issues, it would be mechanical.
All electrical devices come with risks. Just look at cars, robots etc.

An off topic comment concerning Sram Etap and shifting speed!
Etap doesn't shift slower than mechanical.
Di2 is a fraction faster.

It´s mostly about personal preferences. I´ve tried a lot of high end groupsets and I wouldn´t like to tell which is the best on the market. I liked the ergonomics and look of Superrecord 11s, crisp shifting with one paddle on Force/Red, and fast and precise job on R9150.
If I had to choose the best mechanical groupsets in terms of price, shifting smoothness, ergonomics, reliability, look, it would be:
1.Chorus/Record 11s
2.Ultegra R8000
3.Force 22

The same with electronic groupsets:
1.Ultegra R8050
2.Dura R9150
3.eTap

Because I prefer electronic shifting I am now on R9150 which is great, but R8050 would do the same job for much less money. If I come back to mechanical, it will be R/SR 11 speed for sure.

2015+ Super Record 11 is in my eyes one of the finest groupsets ever made, closely followed by Super Record 11 RS. I'm gutted they didnt make more of these, knew I should have snapped one up at the time!

I like SRAM. I have gone through the shimano line up from Claris to ultegra and sram from rival to etap. I personally like the feel and simplicity of sram. Set-up is a breeze and so is usage. I don't care about tolerances. If it works as intended and is durable the machining can be meters off and IDGAF. I am buying bike parts, not display pieces.

Another vote for Record 10.

Finally upgrading I hope over the winter. Only reason is I cant really find parts for Record 10 anymore - chain ring size options, cassettes (Chorus would be ok, but even those are rarified now). I'll just leap over 11 and go to 12. I like the looks of 11spd better, but the whole finding parts thing will happen sooner to 11spd now than it will obviously to 12spd.
