I used to work at Cervelo and this looks real to me. Got a photo of the serial number?

Damon is the man on this one, but I'll add that two things the fakers could never be bothered to do properly were the unique rear brake mount and the moulded forward cable entry port for the rear brake cable. Can't see the cable port from your pics, but the rear brake is correct and that's good enough for me.
