Hi guys, my bike has Ultegra 8020 currently and I was wondering that if I were to upgrade, how much weight difference would there be between ETAP and Di2. I’m leaning towards Di2 as I constantly miss shift Di2 (yeah, I’m clumsy). Thanks in advance!

The whitepaper for the latest Madon is a good resource, as Trek provides actual weights.

Di2 seems to be lighter by ~70g (2502g eTAP vs 2428g Di2). To get the lightest, you'd have to mix either eTap or Di2 with third party components. For example, my equivalent setup weighs in at ~1930g, still with some upgrades/tuning to go.
What 3rd party parts did you use to get the weight down so much? My biggest issue is the cassette, finding anything lighter than Ultegra without price being upward of 3-4x.
Check out my build list, it does not include all the parts I used in calculations, but those can be found in extra "upgrade" sheets (Powercordz, ST-R9120, J&L BB). You can try second hand SRAM XG-1190, those can be found in deals subforum for reasonable price from time to time.
