Bike is 200km old and the fork is like that since I bought it brand new, second hand (with all tax papers, including frame number on them).
So, is it a brand new frame, or a second hand one. Can't be both.
Who did you buy it from as well. Shop or private person?

I bought new bike from one-person-store, not official Bianchi dealer. So it can be both.

No, it can't.
It's either new (you bought it from a shop) or secondhand (it was the shop owners private bike first, or it's not a real shop, just someone buying and selling bike stuff.)
Makes a difference to how the warranty should be handled. (Depends where you are as well.)
