Cannondale Hollowgram cranks compatible with a Cervelo?

Evening,

I know that the Cervelo is a bbright but just wondering if anyone has been able to fit a cannondale hollowgram to a bbright frame (especially the Cervelo R3).

You would need to use a special longer axle, and Q-factor will be larger than standard, possibly uneven Q left/right if axle/spacer size is not correct.

If you are a big rider then maybe it will be fine with a slightly wider Q. Maybe up to 18mm wider.
