Hi all

My LBS is selling the Enve 4.5 in 2 freehub configurations: one with DT180, and the other with Powertap G3 power meter.

Even though I don't need another power meter, would I be better off buying the one with the Powertap G3?

Also what I don't understand is the one with the Powertap G3 is 10% cheaper... is it because the hub is inferior to the DT180?

The DT 180 is not a great hub itself. The bearings are quite small in there and prone to quickly wearing.

The g3 is like heavy like a brick...

both hubs are old...meaning been on the market for awhile. Make sure the rims have the textured brake track... if not then pass on both.

If both hubs are old and not all that good ... should I just pass up on both then ?
