2009 trek madone 6.9 project

Hello all,

Just acquired a 2009 trek madone 6.9 with sram red. Beside changing the wheelset, any other parts that can be changed? The handlebar, stem, seat post and fork are original bottrager xxx

Any suggestion will be great. I'm aiming at below 7kg.
