Something indeed seems off here, especially with you at 193 cm tall...

That said, if that fit is correct, then you are an ideal candidate for a custom frame; don't waste time or money trying to fit yourself to an off-the-shelf frame.

How did the fitter arrived to this measurements? Fitting was over your current bike or on a fitting rig?
Was the fitting process dynamic? While pedaling?
That BB setback along with short stem and 3cm of spacers look more a fitting of a wrong sized bike than a new one.

If that measurements are right you would need a frame with 604 stack (+30 of spacers) and 390 reach. (74,5º STA)
Considering the saddle height and set back, the short stem and saddle drop you would have 490 of reach from tip of the saddle to handlebar. Which is 3cm less than mine on a 51,5cm and 176cm height.
We must be missing something.
