It’s never my back because I have good hip flexibility and back strength...aka my back stays straight. The real issue is sitbone/perineum soreness as such aggressive pelvic rotation forces me to sit on my pubic rami with an aggressive saddle tilt. The times I do sit up on the back of the saddle feel weird.

Definitely not for people who arch their backs to get low.

there is an interesting video at GCN you tube called ''Slammed, Why Do Professional Cyclists Slam Their Stems?''
I don't know if I am allowed to post links here... but the essential tip is tilt your saddle forward a bit and it gets easier, according to the video, UCI had a 3 degree restriction lifted and now you can tilt down the tip of the saddle up to 9 degrees.
if anyone's interested I can send them the link...

Great saddle.

I have one in my bin. It's okay for short rides, not great for any ride where I want to sit up like long climbs. Also tried a Dash Strike, currently using a Selle SMP Glider with a 5deg downtilt, but I get along "ok" with the Specialized Romin Evo and Power too.
