We were getting about 5% of new mechs back with seized or grinding jockeys within a month through the wet months (6 months of the year).
Probably 20% would need new jockeys within a year or so.
For comparison, we'd sell ~5 times the volume of Shimano stuff and get (essentially) nothing back.
This is the days of 10 and into early 11 speed stuff.
