Just picked my new Venge frameset, putting on EPS 12 once it comes out, but looking at parts I can gather.. Im going to be using Roval CLX 64 wheels on there.. I notice that the Campy disc rotors do not come with the lockrings.. they appear to supplied with Campy wheels only... the part number that appears to come up is HB-BO031 says service center only..

Thanks

It's a standard lockring for centrelock hubs, any such will work.

Looking further now.. does anyone know if the Campy rotors are even compatible with non Campy wheels? The Campy hubs have a threading outside of the splines for the rotor to mount where you thread the lock ring on vs the roval wheels where you thread the lockring into the center like a cassette..

OK.. so I can just grab a Shimano centerlock ring and slam it on there and have done with it? The Campy design for their wheel is a ring that threads down, not in the center like a Shimano rotor.. the Campy and Shimano rotors are the same mounting thickness I assume, and the external threading is just the way Campy has accounted for the center lock mech?

Yes as @Miller pointed out, they're Centerlock compatible. Campagnolo uses their AFS system, however their AFS rotors are still fully compatible with Centerlock

Internal lockring will not work, has to be external, But you must check fork clearance.

Campagnolo USA just replied to my email and told me the Shimano internal works perfectly fine... the Bora One wheelset needs the external because of the design, any other centerlock wheel should work is my understanding..
