Lightweight, >3:1 aero base/pursuit bars?

Hello - I've found some old threads on this, but most were from around the time the UCI rule was implemented, and current threads on other boards are mostly tri-specific and discuss aerobars with extension mounts.
I'm looking for lightweight, >3:1 aero ratio base/pursuit bars, either 0-drop with upturned forward wrist relief extensions, or with drop then straight extensions are fine.
I haven't even seen any -40 or -60-drop >3:1 aero pursuit bars.
Are there any lighter, more aero base/pursuit bars currently available?
