Thanks for all th input. Spec and plans have changed a bit. I've decided the go for an SL6 rather then the SL5. 200g saving, but in reality it's because the SL6 has less headaches with things liks SCS chainstay silliness, post mount calipers and quick release skewers that the SL5 comes with.

Final build is below and comes in at 6.99kg. Most of the parts have arrived and been weighed (says actual after it). I'm a bit disappointed with the weight of the rotor aldhu crankset though. I've seen people on this forum report weights of 564g for a 39/53 with 172.5mm cranks, but mine is coming out at 624 for a 36/52 on 170mm cranks.

Sounds awesome, would love some pics!

Defo get it down further with different seat, DA mechs and S-Works chainset. Decent weight for a disc road bike though, enjoy!

doubt that Hunt wheelset will weight what they say it does either, normally quite a bit over from what I was reading, that's why I went with CLX32.

The CLX32 wheelset in Aus is $3600, the hunt wheelset is $1600. Roval wheels may be underrated, but the price certainly isnt.

Definitely show some pics. I'm thinking of doing a build like this.

Finished build came in at 6.77kg on my mechanic’s scales. I weighed it on mine after adding cages and Garmin mount and got 7.01kg. I guess the real weight is somewhere between the two.
