I feel like I would make that decision not based on what would clamp better (as I am sure they both do fine), but based on what kind of computer you use, if any, and what kind of computer mount you’d like.
For me, the availability of out-front mounts vs side-mount options depending on what bar you are paring with this may sway your choice.

The rigid with two clamps is the newer version which I got recently.

Been using the 2 clamp rigid stem for a number of years. No issues. I did have the bar slip once, got a very hard bump. Bar only moved a few cm. Reinstalled and torque with fresh carbon paste.
I wish there was an out front mount though. Carbon Works shows a mount on their website but unfortunately won't be producing any more.

Thank you for your answers. And can you confirm the screws are M4? I have an option buying a new AX Rigid stem, but want a decent mount for it. Perhaps I stay with my MCFK. Bar will be a THM Ulna. Tibia has also problems with appropriate mounts.
