They haven't existed there at all (except the press release).
The WTO labeling only applied to deeper section wheels, Bora 50 and 35 were intended to remain the same.

They've been announced but are not yet available in the market.
Initial releases will be as per the PR, the 60 depth in pairs, as a Bora One level product and the 77 as a front only, as a Bora Ultra level product.
There may be further releases as we go through 2019.
