Looks really tight. Do you have any photo with the previous brakes for comparison? It looks like the fork doesn't have much clearance either and those brakes don't take a lot further away... Anyway, file is your friend. ;-)

I have 11 speed on my master and they seem to be more arched, what i will say is that the 12 speed version are more like straight across :noidea:

Yes it seems so, this way they're more sensitive to the placement of the mount point on the fork/frame. If it had been just slightly higher...
I've got those new direct mount ones and they give plenty of clearance. Only a little is being taken away by them.

Just been looking now and it seems that i need to get a thinner washer for the outside of the brake block, you know the one concave.
If i can get some it will take the block away a little further.

I knew there was someone else reporting something similar. Have a look here, there's some direct comparison against the older ones where it can be seen:

If your the person that likes to have there pads a long way off the rim you cant as the tyre will rub,so you need to be right on the rim almost and then theres not much play.

:( yeah they have about 1mm less vertical clearance than the previous version, so I really feel cheated by Campys marketing. On the plus side I like the looks and decided I don't like more than 25mm on the front anyway. Currently on Bora with 25 front, clerance is good; 27 on the back, lots-lots of space. The way the frame/fork are built are the most important things, not the brakes themselves. Sorry for bad pics, on a hurry and bike hung in storage.

Looks good now.
Mine are really tight on an dogma f8 so what i have tried is take the concave washer out and hey ho i can get more clearance,so what i need to do is get a thinner washer or can i just use a flat washer?

It seems like we are in a transition period. People want to run 25mm or 28mm tires on wider rims these days. Who publishes the spec on how high a brake bridge should be? Is it the frame maker or the brake maker who should accomodate this?
