Cannondale Synapse Fender/Guard Bolts

I'm after some extra bolts for fitting fenders/mudguards to a 2018 Synapse carbon.

You can buy the whole kit but I'm not paying £13.99 for four bolts

I'd assume M4 or M5, maybe look for a local fasteners and fixings shop or engineering works.
