I've bought the new Trek Madone SLR stem and handlebar combo.
According to Trek Benelux you could use them on the 'older' Trek Madone 9 frames too.
Now I noticed the headsetcap and the spacers of the 'old' Madone 9 are biggen and do not fit the new Madone SLR stem.
What solutions are there? Can I buy the Madone SLR headsetcap and spacerkit to make it fit?

Don't think you can. Shape and cable routing is different between SLR & 9 series madone

I just saw a video on this. It looks like you need the new spacer kit.

That's for regular stems though. The Madone SLR has a unique spacer/steerer cross-section and I'm not aware of any way to cleanly mate an SLR's bar/stem to a Madone 9.

I used my Madone 9 bar/stem combo on my SLR so would guess you could do the reverse.

We had to shave down locating pins on lowest set of spacers but the threading of cables did not cause an issue - however I use etap.

I do have a spare Madone 9 stem/bar combo left over - 44cm/110mm - £100 and it’s yours.

Afraid not. SLR stem and bars arrived so switched to intended set up.

From memory the locating pins are facing down on the newer spacers. Just grind the bottom pair’s pins down to flat and set up all other items as per normal.

Thanks! I guess you are happier with the new setup despite it is heavier (just planning my own build).

I was surprised by the weight but wanted to go from H2 to H1 so needed a change in stem angle.

After some weeks of use... Are you happier with performance with new H1 position despite weight increase? Thanks!

Yes.

I left shop panicking it was so low but have found no issues with my back. I think the isospeed sorts out many of the vibrations that could cause me to have aches.
