SRM PC8 USB Keys locked

Been running into a consistent problem over the last 7-10 days.. everytime I pull the USB charger off the unit, it goes into a "USB KEYS LOCKED" mode and I need to give it the 3 fingered salute to reboot it.. this is new.. I had the unit down in May for service due to a good soaking riding in Maui...
