Ribble endurance sl is also an option.

Thanks for the weights. 7.5kg without pedals is quite heavy for a top spec “all rounder” bike. That’s more than a kg heavier than an Emonda SLR 9 Disc (6.32kg for a 56cm.)

It’s the first time seeing that bike. Looks to be a new offering from them for 2019. It has hints of Canyon Aeroad, BMC Teammachine, and Pinarello F10.

I’m interested to see more in-depth articles about it, in particular that integrated bar/stem combo.

Anybody know if the Ribble is based on an open mold frameset?

One thing I wish BMC would release more variations of their stems. There's only a -12 degree version with lengths between 90mm to 130mm. I'd love to see a -6 or -8 degree version or an 80mm for riders who prefer a less agressive fit.
Because of the huge stack height (you must include the necessary spacer under the stem for the cable routing) the stem is actually -8 degree.

It looks really nice, but no mention of the weight!
There is also the factor one if no one mentioned it already.

My vote is for the Cervelo S3 also.
S5 is a super bike, but the S3 is a lot more affordable.

vision ACR headset system is allegedly coming out to allow for hidden cables with use of a trick bearing setup.

with a PRO vibe stem (di2 compatible) and venge vias compression plug, most bikes can hide the front cable , the issue is the rear cable. I am attempting to hide cables internal on my pre 2019 cervelo s3. May or may not be worth my effort doing custom bearings for the rear cable.

fixed it! :p

as a cervelo (and specifically the previous s5) owner and fan, i was very disappointed with the ugly front end of the new s5.

New s3 is FIRE though.
