I’m running 9100 hydro disc with the stock pad which are metallic, I believe. Does anyone know if Shimano makes an organic dura ace 9100 pad?

I’ve been using xtr organic pads on my mtn bike and I prefer that to the metallic pads.

Yep, L02A resin pads

SwissStop also make one, think it's the Disc 34 RS
I've got a set waiting to be used next time I change pads

Take a look at the Expanded View and you will find that Shimano offers a Resin Pad (L02A) w/Fin & Spring for the BR-R9170 calipers. My preference is the Exotherm2 pads from SwissStop, but I am not yet able to locate a source for the Disc 34 EXOTherm2 in the US.
