Looking to do a frame swap for my Evo towards a more aero bike since I know live in a flat part of America.

The Venge Frame would be $2,500
The Foil Frame would be $2,000-2,300

And as a third option that will get me a lot of flak and should probably be ignored:

A complete 2018 KTM Lisse Elite for $2,900

I guess you consider the Scott Foil 10 HMF: if so, a friend of mine who is a semi pro cyclist is very happy with it.
