Hello! Im looking for my 2019 venge a powermeter im thinking quarq but i dont know HB o NHB, praxis specialzed chainrings acept NHB? Can someone recomended me a light powermeter and chaingrings?

Unless you really want SRAM Red branding, just get the NHB Quarq branded version. There is no benefit to the HB Quarq spider/crankset other than the orientation of the spider...the hidden-bolt does not thread into the crankarm.

if you are Shimano, Quarq does the Dfour91 powermeter, basically, their meter plus the new DA R9100 chainring (not included of course) or if you want slightly cheaper, R8000 chainrings.
If you are SRAM force or Red, naturally, get the SRAM Red Quarq pm.....
if you are campy....err...get the P2M
