Ok I own too many bikes as is but have some nice wheels, DT Swiss Spline 28 Mon Chasseral, and Dura Ace 9100 groupset lying around. I was thinking a Specialissima, C64, VR-2, Protos, SS Evo, or Emonda. I currently own the bikes listed <--------there. My budget is $4K, max. Any suggestions?

Easy, get something made for you. Why buy one more 'similar' to the many you have already.

Yes, with 6 Chinese framesets, now is the time to get a custom steel frame

Your 'stable' is too similar. There's no point of being a J Leno with 100 cars, when you can ride only one at a time. Worse if you have 10 V12 Italian sports cars.

My stable would be:
1. A lightweight climbing bike. X2? (Maybe one for training one for racing/sportives/holidays).
2. An aero bike. X2? (Maybe one for training one for racing/sportives/holidays).
3. A Titanium bikepacking/touring/gravel/commuting bike.
4. A TT bike.
5. A 140-160mm travel full suspension mountain bike.
6. A 80-120mm travel XC race bike FS.

A full blown aero bike or really light bike.
Nothing like those you got.
Or a custom built frame.
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

I'm leaning towards a Bianchi Specialissima Pantani edition or Colnago C64 silver and black. The only drawback is I rather build either one of these bikes with Campy SR 12-spd and Bora Ultra wheels than what I have right now, Dura Ace 9100 and DT Swiss wheels. I also love the Time Alp Duez but can't find decent prices anywhere.

That's what I'm getting, was shipped today. Taiwan actually though. Wouldn't recommend to the OP because the process requires a bit more input than with a classic framebuilder.

3T Exploro! Best of both worlds. Defined as an "aero gravel bike", it really does it all.
Able to fit:
700x42mm
650x47mm
650x2.1" mtb tires

You can have a 700 wheelset for road and gravel and then turn it into a drop bar MTB for trails. Talk about a true "do-it-all" bike that's super versitile!
Available in two different painted frames or a Ready-to-paint frame as well.

Check it out!
