I like it. But I like ugly frames.

They've started rolling out 2019 combos for the Endurace on their website, so I guess the new Aeroad and Ultimate colors/combos will be next.
Endurace CF SL 2019 comes in a beautiful Hellfire Red color:

Its integrated within that bar. Rendering error from their end.

You sure? The H31 handlebars doesnt have the recess for junction box underneath the stem. So unless they drilled the bars and plugged it into bars ends, the junction box is positioned as pictured.

You're current. I believe they do have mounting system underneath the stem so you don't need to use the elastic band but it's not recessed like in the Aeroad bars.

Hopefully Canyon will release some new spec Ultimate's without the deep aero wheels.

Have been waiting for a climbing bike with a shallower wheelset for a while.

But now you can sell it on eBay and buy your desired climbing wheelset.

Could do, but wheelsets taken from a new bike seem to fetch a lot less than 'retail new'

Agree, but even if they put on some climbing wheels, it doesn´t mean it will satisfy your expectations, so you´ll have to sell it anyway.

Would be great if it was possible to order Canyon without wheels(for accordingly lowered price).

A bit weird they totally skipped rim brakes as an option on the endurance models
I like the geometry on these
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

The most important for me with Aeroad would be a long seatpost (420mm or more).
Why ? I'm using the Ultimate CF SLX with a 420mm Enve, and I really enjoy the aero of my position on the bike. If I turn Aeroad, I will have to buy a 2cm up frame (M to L). I know that the advantage of the frame will be cut by the fact that the new fram will be taller and the position less efficient.

like for trek '' integrated '' seatmast
you should be able to get someone like Berk or Darimo to add length to it no ?

I know you shouldn't have to do that
But you're probably in the 1% of customers with that issue for Canyon
So they don't care that much

I completely agree with you. I was said by my friends that I was riding almost like in a TT with a road bike. The position for me is fine, if I need comfort I just ride on top of the handlebar and if I need speed, I make sure that my back is almsot flat. In France, in cat 1-3 most of the riders are using sizes Small or Medium, they choose the smallest size that it's possible to have. So, I have experienced that a too tall frame could also mean big energy losses while staying into the peloton.

Finally new 2019 Aeroad released: https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/road/aeroad/

As expected, not many upgrades. SL and SLX versions, some colour and components changes... Just one surprise for me, CF SLX frame now weighs 10g more. CF SL frame weights not published yet.
