Deda superzero bar/stem is dirt cheap and almost close to carbon bar weight (217g for my 40cm).

Seriously? Have you weighed it, or is that the claimed weight?
Deda are usually quite optimistic with their claimed weights, so if that's a real weight I'd be very impressed.
sorry for the late reply. answer is Yes ...and no. lol. the claim weight is indeed 217g, mine is 232g but unfortunately i weighted/logged it down but i didn't take a photo of it.
In the house: Colnago V1r, Colnago A1r, Wilier Cento1 Air, Scott Scale 700SL, Bianchi FSE, Colnago Concept, Colnago A1r, Specialized Ruze Pro, Wilier GTR

Potenza with Zondas and you’re sorted. Stretch/save in cockpit a bit and you can make it to Shamals
I have C60 with Potenza. Great great matchup.

"Best bang for the bucks" would be IMHO the new Shimano 105 (or Ultegra depending on your budget)

I would go with Potenza. Feels nicer than 105 and more quality build.
Ultegra or Potenza but personal preference would go to Potenza.

I've totally failed on my budget build....

so ended up with C64 disc, integrated cockpit with Colnago R41 stem and Bars. Campag Record EPS 11s and Bora One 50's.

That sure sounds like a success to me! I'd love to get your impression of the R41 bar/stem combo. I have ordered the same.

We need pictures. I bet it looks great with all the cables hidden.

Your budget build sounds great. We need some pics.
Also was thinking of a R41 Stem/handlebar for my C60 cut I am running 12 speed mechanical so if the routing is not too good I would skip it for sure though the it looks amazing...

That's not the R41 stem - it's the alloy SR9 that is for use with disc C64s with internal cabling. You won't get mechanical cables through it - the bends are too tight and it's enough of a squeeze with electronic groupsets.

Maxice, did you use the plastic lower cover on the stem or omit it?
