i set the Spyre slc according to the video, and no matter how i adjust the brakes it has a constant rub
center lock, the disc does not wobble when spinning the wheel
it looks like this, from head on:

pad-rotor-pad

the rear brake is spot on. | | |

if thats the view from the front, head on, in line with the axes of the bolts. Probably not.
if it's the view from the top, perpendicular to the bolts, quite possibly.

We don't have enough info to tell.

In another of the road disc brake threads, a poster suggested the Birzman Clam Disc Brake Gap Tool to aide in centering calipers over rotors. I recently ordered from Amazon and tried it on my DA 9170 equipped road bike and found it much easier than the squeeze brake lever and eyeball method I had been using.

I've been doing the same thing with a business card.

Originally tried a business card, but had issues with the thickness of the card stock which prevented it from being easily rolled into the caliper while placed over the DA rotors.

Use cup and cone washers under the heads of the caliper bolts, and then re-align caliper. Make sure your caliper bolts are long enough to take the washers.
