I have Red 22 BB 386 crankset. Mine is without bearing preoload adjuster. I have not measured the axle, but when i mount the crankset i can easily say that the 54Nm isn't possible to torque. You'd probably either crack the frame or damage threads.
Frame is Ax Lightness Vial Evo with direct press bearings (no bearing house or shell, just bearings)
Use Sram Red (BB386) Chainset in Supersix Hi Mod (PF30a)
