bought a pair of Spyre SLC, and thinking that any rotor brand/model would be compatible, i did as much research as possible about rotors, and found idiotic deals on a Centerline and a Shimano SM-RT99-A-SS Ice Tech Freeza
subsequent research suggests that brake pads may not line up properly with braking track on certain brake/rotor combinations.
i guess the only way to find out is to build up the bike
not all disc brake calipers, and rotors are compatible?

He good news is that TRP uses the same pad shape as old Shimano disc calipers so there shouldn’t be massive issues with the IceTech rotors. They’re still finicky as hell and I will continue to recommend SRAM Centerline X rotors. They’re ugly, but SRAM prioritized low noise over good looks.
