i got a Concept just because i got it on the cheap (otherwise i woudl have bought a Ridley Jane; i like the colour more than Noah). but looking at other bikes now i definitely feel it was a "me too" product. The only innovations over other aero bikes are:
1, headset has a small rubber gasket which does iron out alot of vibrations.
2, they went and re-design the seatstay/seat post junction for every frame size to ensure every size preform the same as original design intent (not always the case with most bike brands when they scale up and down the frame)

One thing worth noting is that the cable routing is not as tidy as other recent designs. Also even with their own aero bar, it just doesnt look very integrated.

EDITED: i also ride a Wilier Cento1 Air, which is now my main commuter.
In the house: Colnago V1r, Colnago A1r, Wilier Cento1 Air, Scott Scale 700SL, Bianchi FSE, Colnago Concept, Colnago A1r, Specialized Ruze Pro, Wilier GTR, Argon 18 E117 Tri+, Brompton B75
