Please describe the bikes. Integrated BB's? Same pedals? We need more to go on.

Total shot in the dark, but I'm thinking maybe a BB issue. Do you freeze your bottles before a ride? My Madone and my wife's Domane suffer from premature BB wear because of ingress of water into the bearings, usually on hot, humid days. My standard procedure nowadays is to pull the crank arm, about once every 4 weeks and replace the bearing grease on the outter seal.

hmmm.. would inspect my BB.
My friend told that even passing a big puddle makes this noise for several minutes..
I'ld rather think on seat post..

Is it possible your chainlube is too thin or is put on too rarely?

Also if the chain is too short or high tensioned it can make a noisy drivetrain.

You are using shimano cassettes and it's possible the chain brand doesn't quite like it. Try a different combination maybe.

Lower the rear derailleur cable tension by a smidge. Maybe you have some cable friction that brings the chain closer to the larger cog. There should be a tiny gap between chain and larger cog on the cassette.

By lower tension I mean to trim the derailleur to the right a smidge. This so that you get a gap between chain and neighboring larger cog.

Also if you change the tension on your skewer it can also play tricks on your shifting because you are changing the angle of the hanger slightly.

Keep the tension consistent.
