New Emonda ALR? Discs?

There's a bit of discussion in the 2019 rollout thread.

The ALR occupies virtually the same product slot as the Emonda SL. The rim brake version is only grams heavier and the disc brake version is actually lighter than its Emonda SL counterpart. My guess is both a revised Emonda SL and Madone SL will be introduced with OCLV 600 carbon next year.

I'm not a fan of the center of dt cable rooting. Cable rub central.

I've an ALR and SL Emonda, I can't tell them apart when riding.

You have the "older" 2016-2018 Emonda ALR though, right?

just got a 2019 Emonda ALR disc frame in the shop in Purple Flip, trying to figure out all the goodies for it now... damn this color is insane

Some serious hydroforming going on with that top tube... welds around the seatpost junction look smooth as. Looking forward to more pics all-around!

And yeah that colour does look ace.
