Anyone notice the increasing weights this year over year? I've only checked a few, I thought bikes generally reduce weight over time?

Trek Domane SL6 Disc
2018: 18.14 lbs ... Code=black
2019: 19.07 lbs ... ack_orange

Trek Emonda SLR6
2017: 14.55 lbs ... Code=black
2018: 14.96 lbs ... grey_black

The weights published on their website should be taken with a big ol' grain of salt.
Madone 9 -
Emonda SLR -
Crockett -

Madone 5, Cobia. I own a lot of Treks.

Similarly, the new Trek Madone SL6 is listed as 390g heavier than the outgoing Trek Madone 9.0 when the only difference is the carbon used (OCLV 500 vs OCLV 600) and saddle (chromium rails instead of titanium). Probably a change in their weighing system.

The Madone SL vs 9 difference can completely be explained by the two changes you mentioned. I can’t imagine there being a difference in “weighing system.” What might you think that be? The only possibilities are with the addition of demo pedals and/or CPSC reflectors installed.

I would expect measurement error to show some bikes get lighter and some heavier. This seems to be getting heavier on many of the bikes.

The Madone 9.0 was quite the bargain compared to the new SL6 replacement
