The box on the downtube which houses the barrel adjuster for the front mech is modular and can be replaced with a di2 junction box. You just need to buy the plate from trek. Di2 makes so much sense on bikes like these.

the di2 plate is about £15 uk from memory , mine is a base 9 built up to 9.5 spec

di2 you need the electronics plus the downtube plate to hold the junction box

the aero bars you also need the spacer kit as it differs on the 9.0 bar stem combo.
