I would wait for Focus Izalco Max, which is due to be released on September 5 (according to this site: http://www.bikefunn.com/roadbike/49299.html). Basically I am in the same sitatution and the Fuji was a strong candidate before the prices were announced.
Is the Izalco Max frame will be the same or it will be different?
AFAIK it will be an aero frame.

You can get this through my dealer for 15% off an no tax.

That's pretty impressive.
Do you know if your dealer can deliver to Japan?

An allrounder with aero tweaks. More of an R5 or Tarmac than S5 or Venge. Closest comparison the BMC Teammachine Disc, I'd say.

I've been looking online and no leak picture I've found of this bike yet. Really curious!

I know this is a better bike, but I'm going to be vain and picky and say I don't like the integrated seat post. If that 15% was off an Advanced Pro, I would think that is really competitive!
From my perspective, Advanced SL is not really a better bike. If my memory serves me right, Advanced SL is ~70 grams ligher than Advanced PRO. Giant's source and Tour magazine source indicates that Advanced SL is not stiffer. I don't think Advanced SL is worth extra $1000 :beerchug:

Does the weight difference include the weight of the seatmast topper vs the seatpost? I imagine the 70g difference is closer to a 120g difference.

I’m not quite sure. Someone chimed in recently and I took his word for it. Delta could be way above ~70 grams.

ISP's are a ballache for most people. You need to nail the fit and then cut, it makes it harder to sell the bike on, and travelling with a bike becomes trickier when you need to pack it.

Unless you have a no-cut ISP system like Trek!

Looking the current prices for the Izalco disc, I'm suspicious that a Di2+Disc version will come down in price. The specs seem to tick all the boxes I'm interested in though!

Nooo now it isn't a traditional frameset anymore :(
But I am way too young to be old fashioned so looks decent.
