Found a couple of photos online of the new Pinarello E-Bike! Rumored MSRP is $7,999 thats insane!!!!!!! You could just buy a motorcycle!
Got to spend about 10 miles on an ultegra Di2 S5D and holy shit is this thing fast! It rides significantly better than my 2011 Madone and is still stiffer in all the right places! The bike is even more beautiful in person as well. I also got a sneek peek at a blue/black frame and it looks quite good. I ordered the Dura Ace Di2 version and it should be here by the end of the month!

I got tired of waiting for the Fuji and the others are just a tad out of my budget so I took advantage of the Canyon sale and picked up an Aeroad Di2 rim brake setup at a great price!
I hope I don’t get dropped in the races by the guys on the new aero disc bikes

Hope we're going to get more pics when it arrives!
Not sure who's happier in that pic, you just having had the ride of your life, or the shop owner knowing he's just scored some more businesstimmerrr wrote: ↑Wed Oct 10, 2018 1:54 pmGot to spend about 10 miles on an ultegra Di2 S5D and holy shit is this thing fast! I will post lots of pics when it shows up! and ya they are bending over backwards for this sale. Official availability on the dura ace di2 bike isn't until november but they are pulling some strings to get it ealier. I assume this will be one of the biggest sales they do all year. I for sure will go back for any other large purchases if this is how they treat me through out the purchase.

Still cannot choose an aero road rim brake frameset, today I had a look at new Colnago Concept(for about £2.2k).
What do you guys think about 2019 range, just a colour change, or any other upgrades? https://www.colnago.com/en/bikes/concept/
I really like the NJGO grey, but 2018 frameset looks like a bit heavy and not so many reviews around about it´s ride quality, stiffness, aero advantage...

Aren't all Colnagos heavy?
Just read C64 in size 52S is 1180 gram and VR-2 was also over 1100.
What about Foil on sales or the last gen of S5?

Don´t know, I have zero experiences with Colnagos. Just looking around for aero frameset, Nitrogen Pro still looks as the best, my topic here: https://weightweenies.starbike.com/foru ... 3&t=153782
Just asking here, because Concept is a real looker, but it is entirely unknown to me. Not many reviews too and it seems to be hidden somewhere in the shadow of C60

concept is not real popular and I've never seen any aero data on it... it's bypass but yes it's a looker.

I bought the red/black colourway 'old' S5 a few months ago with full r8000. Was £3k here in UK. Top end of what budget I had, but figured I could make a chunk back on parts if I hated it. I love it though. Not one for the ww in that set up but frame is great imho and plenty of room for dropping 500grams relatively cheaply.
