Warm weather & pouring rain - what are you wearing?

Between a Gore shakedry jacket, Gore cap, Velotoze, and fenders - I'm mostly covered. But what about bibs? I'd typically just roll along with them getting soaked, but wondering if a solution exists? Quick google search doens't turn up much aside from Castelli Nano which all have a roubaix-type fabric with a DWR coating.

I have both Castelli and Sportful bibs with a water repellent coating but without the warm layer for the fall/spring/winter. Castelli Nano light and Sportful light no rain. Not tested yet however.

The Rapha Pro Team Shadow also have this water repellent coating. They are however claimed to be good for the spring classics so that I suppose that they are warmer (like the regular Castelli Nanoflex and Sportful Norain bibs).

Castelli nano flex and Alé Roubaix. Both work very well.
