I like the MCFK stem but not so much on the English. See below. The stem is bigger then the top tube! The stack heat of it is also a bit bulky looking on this bike. This is the only part of the build I'm just not crazy about. I look at it all the time. I like the look of the Ax-Lightness Rigid stem. What I don't like is that it cost $500! Is there another lightweight alternative? 3k is preferred. Was even thinking just swapping it with my extralite stem off the c-dale, really wanna tie in the carbon bits though. I know superficial.

There are no minimal looking full carbon stems available in a 3k weave.
All full carbon options that I know of are:
- 3T, Enve, Easton, Ritchey, Zipp, Mcfk, Ax, THM, Black Inc, ITM, and Time.
I think AX is your best bet

Unfortunately the answer is the Ax Stem. On the plus side it seemed less prone to slipping than the Mcfk stem and was about 10g lighter and at least as stiff.
