Which handlebars should I choose?
* Deda Superleggera carbon
* Deda Superleggera RS
* Fizik Cyrano r0 Carbon

Would you go for the matching stem or mix alloy stem with carbon bars?

If you go for Deda, the superleggero stem is alloy not carbon....

No problem matching an alloy stem with carbon bar.
But avoid an alloy stem wrapped with carbon. The wrapping easily cracks and the all alloy stem will be stiffer than the wrapped.
Go for alloy or carbon, avoid the wrapped versions.

Go for the handlebar that fit your preference best.
Drop, reach and shape.

The superleggera RS carbon bars are slightly different shape on the tops to the standard ones and have very subtle logos. The main difference is with the matching stem, the RS stem is a different finish completely and just has polished black details and discreet logos to match the bars and perhaps a tiny bit less weight. If you're building up something super special and a bit more exclusive then go for the extra cost of RS as I did for my C60. Though I prefer the appearance of the superleggero polished black stem. I like the feel of the carbon bars they absorb more vibration for me, though I don't like the RHM shape of them. I much prefer the standard shape of the deeper drop of the Deda Newtons and I just double wrapped bar tape as I like a nice thick bar and also have the vibration damping of the carbon.
