My venge;
- size 58cm
- Roval CLX50
- 140mm -6 degree stem. I'm waiting for the 140 -12 degree stem. Hopefully available in November/begin December.
- A zipp sl88 traditional handlebar
- S-works Phenom saddle
- DI2 dura ace and dura ace pedals
- S-works power cranks
- S-works carbon bottle cages
- computer: wahoo elemnt bolt
Is that the zero setback seatpost? As opposed to the regular 20mm setback post.

Yes indeed, that is the zero setback Seatpost.
if interested:
- saddle height c-bb to top saddle => 82cm
- saddle setback => 8cm
I find it funny that this is a weightweenies forum and no one wants to list the "weight" of their bike.

The weights are between 7.2 and 7.8 depending on frameset, groupset and wheels and maybe some people do not care about weight.

This is fcuking weight weenies not bike weenies...

The lack of weight associated chat on this forum is appalling as of late.

First post and for the namesake of the forum I am going to post about weight.

I am in the market for either a Tarmac Pro SL6 Disc or a new Venge Pro. I estimated from various posts given the difference in the grade of carbon between the two frames, the Tarmac Pro using Fact 10r and the Venge using the Fact 11r that they must be pretty close in weight. When at my LBS I had the opportunity for the two bikes to be weighed.

Tarmac Pro 7.45kg
Venge Pro 7.6kg

the Venge had two bottle cages and the included GPS mount fitted, whereas the Tarmac had neither, so unlike between the S-Works bikes, the pro versions are pretty much weight for weight the same.

As far as I can gather from the reviews and experiences from others on here, it’s going to chiefly come down to comfort.
I await completing my demos on both bikes, before making my decision.

Been stalking this page since the bike was announced. Placed my order a week after announcement (7/10 or so). Was on fence between Venge and Tarmac. Was looking to upgrade from a 2016 Roubaix Comp Disc. Decided to go with the Venge as I wanted to start TTing, and felt the Roubaix / Tarmac were similar enough that I’d never use the Roubaix again.

So, placed order...bike arrived Friday. Took it out for maiden voyage from LBS for 5 miles Friday and rode today for 50ish miles. Bike is amazing.

I’m not a weightweenie. Only reason I’m posting is because I got such great info from all of you while I lurked. Thank you. I don’t have a scale at home. But here are the numbers my LBS gave me. Current bike, with cages, two unfilled bottles, and aero bars, saddle bag with two tubes and two co2s was just over 22.5 pounds. Crazy heavy. Shaved 7 pounds with cages on the Venge. He cut down my saddle, had two non-s-works cages, and no saddle bag or bottles. (Felt obligated to post the weight, especially after the last few call outs above me).

Anyway. Love the bike. Stiff as hell and a beast to ride. Loved every second of my first 1.5 days of riding it.

Ps: photos had flats on bike as was still setting it up. Went with speedplays (can see in the pic with the Roubaix on the trainer).

Thanks, let us know how the demo goes. I’m trying to make the same comparison.

Congrats on the new bike, really am debating between this and the new S5...

Hopefully in time you will embrace the ‘aero lyfe’ and remove that mountain of spacers :thumbup:

300 miles into my new s-works Venge. Plenty comfortable... Even compared with my Bianchini Infinito. Strongly suspect the 26mm tubeless helps.

7.4kg in size 54 with CLX 50s. 2 bottle cages (Arundel). Spd-sl. 52/36. 11-30 cassette. GPS and Go-Pro Mount. Rear light mount. Basically ready to ride, just no actual saddle bag or bottles or GPS or lights.

You've changed out the 64s for 50s? If you're referring to the Turbo Cottons on the wheels, they're not tubless, but you may have some standard Turbos on there, in which case, I stand corrected.

This was for a size 56 frame with no pedals.
