I have this problem w the new dual side pm on my new venge...
I tried to use the mobile app and noted that left crank is disconnected. The only way to get it back connected is to change batt (new batt only used for 1 or 2 day)
Not sure if theres a serious batt drain issue w left crank or problem w the crank...
*It was working well until these few days... think i did a firmware update but not sure if its related...
Did you try "reverse pedaling" I see that this is the easyest way to reconnect the PMeter.
BTW how do you perform firmware update on the PMeter, in the app (MY POWER CRANKS) there isn't the update Firmware functionality just only the possibity to see firmware version.

Does the topcap spacer comes in different sizes (low, normal, high stack) or only in that 18mm version?
At least on my 54 it came with two. There is one that you use if you are not putting any spacers above the top of the stem and another that acts like a spacer and has a hole on the top that allows you to have the steerer extend past the top of the stem. I actually already lost the "smooth" one in a race this past weekend. Must have tapped it with my knee when taking a tight corner and it just fell off. I have now attached the other one and it is doing just fine (since it is being held on by the stem cap.
Is it possible to take a picture of both? Thanks in advance

I am also waiting a positiv reply by my dealer concerning the Venge Sagan Frameset in size 56. If not, I am ging to wait until the next Sagan Edition and btw during the Euroeys Cyclassics in Hamburg, Peter signed our two Venge Vias Disc Sagan Super Star Frames. So, we got a little upgrade.

It is adjustable (FIrst hand experience here)
You are right, attachecd my new setup pretty aero.
We will see (as written from Sagan on bottom of the frame) if this is also a possible solution for powercrack connection issue.

Considering I lost one of them during a race in the middle of Vermont, I can't take a picture with both.
Honestly though the "extender" top cap (Or whatever you want to call it) is fine with me. At least it is pretty much bolted on. Will try and get a picture tonight.

thinking bout getting one sometime next year.
so about 7.1kg wit power pedals (favero duos) and DA DI2?
I think 7.1 kg, 15.6 lbs, is the quote for the 56cm with no pedals. Add in the "heavy" power pedals, and 7.4 kg, 16.3 lbs, is a lot more realistic.

i have opted for the THM crankset and the Berk saddle over the S-works options.
You lost the built in 4iii power meter on the Specialized crankset. Saved a lot of weight though. You could save more weight if you switched from the aluminum Praxis rings to carbon Fiber Lyte rings.

I agree a standard S-Works with pedals will be in the region of 7.3 to 7.4 kg

I ride with my heart rate as my rev counter not the power i put out so i did not really see the need to have my power constantly recorded or displayed. I do however have a set of Garmin pedals that i can install whe i do want to test
