Touch up paint for Shimano disc caliper?

Does anyone have any experience using touch up paint on a Shimano disc caliper? I just got a brand new bike and noticed the size of a needle head missing paint. I'm assuming I should use paint that is rated for high temps but i'm unsure since this is my first disc bike and unsure if they actually get very hot. I'm guessing i'll have to use a silver and black blend to somewhat match the paint of my Ultegra caliper.
