Once I got mine installed with the propper torque settings I've never had any problems.wickedstealthy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 6:38 pmJust some questions about the straight post with loops.
I'm still waiting for my straight v3rs seatpost and delivery is unknown
- once fixed do these loops need retentioning ? I don't want to fiddle every x weeks with my saddle
- can a saddlebag fitted ? The whole systems seems to obstruct proper fitting of a saddle bag
I also run the medium Lezyne bag under my saddle and it hasne't even made mark/dent on the post or loops

Their email response time is glacial.
I don't understand it. It could be a great company, growing and selling lots of products, but they can't even service the customers they have right now.
It can't be shortage of funds because I offered to invest in them and they turned me down.
But their customer service response time is appalling, although they do try their best to help you in the end.
Maybe they should increase the price when they can't handle the demand.

Almsot 400E for my Ostro seatpost is already at the high end! But yeah, they don't seem to have any trouble selling them.
No idea why they don't scale up; invest in more moulds, more equipment, more staff.
No doubt. I received an email reply over two months after. I even forgot about it…giving up after a month with no response. They need to hire someone that actually replies back. They would sell a lot more products.cyclespeed wrote:Their email response time is glacial.

I've found Darimo customer service to be pretty good over recent weeks to be fair. All questions answered albeit some emails answered few days later (with an apology for delay with reply) which was fine. Seatpost ordered on 1st March, arrived today exactly as ordered which was 5wks earlier than estimated. Happy with service and delighted with the seatpost, looking forward to fitting it.

Has anyone here got Darimo Nexum with DI2? My bar came drilled as shown in the picture below. Holes are near the end and straight (no angle). This leads to internal brake hoses being twisted and it may lead to fluid not going through. Darimo will reply in 2 weeks, so I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some suggestions. I have two bars and they both came with the same hole position. I am selling one btw. Thanks.

It is, since the holes are near the end and not at an angle, I need to twist it. However, I have seen pictures of them done internally. R-2 says it's not for internal brake routing, but I can't get a reply from Darimo.
