Darimo Carbon components, when Spain beats Germany

Thinking of upgrading my 3T Ergonova bars to the Darimo. My 3T bars are 42cm but, obviously as we know, they are flared and only measure 40cm at the hoods where I do most of my riding so I'll probably order 40cm in the Darimo bars. I've read through the Darimo literature and haven't seen any mention that the Eclipse bars are flared so I'm assuming they're not.
The Darimo bars have 5mm more drop than the 3Ts but with the flare a little trig suggests that it's actually nearer to 2-3mm which is irrelevant. At nearly 50g lighter and a reasonable price it seems like a goer!!

The bars are not flared.
I have been running the setback post on my Cherubim since October last year. Weight came in at 83.6g and finish was in line with older gen McFK- “agricultural.” I broke a Berk saddle in the first week of using the post but it was a round rail Berk and they seem to break just by breathing on them. Berk replaced with oval rail and has been fine since. The post slips very easily compared to the ENVE and Neil Pryde I’ve used in the same frame, I think it may be slightly narrower in diameter. Comfort and ride quality seem the same as any other seatpost in this frame. It’s a steel bike and I ride tubular wheels: ax, bora or lightweight. The bike already has a beautiful ride quality so the impact of the post is negligible.
The post is very impressive from a weight perspective and i’d probably buy it again. Out of all the setback posts on the market it definitely looks the best.

Can confirm. Ulna are stiff. I have ergonova team as well and they feel stiffer,

The only bar more flexi than ergonova team is the ergonova LTD
I'm happy with the Ernovas/Ergonovas other than the mildly retarded side profile shape. Otoh, it probably helps that I'm running them in size 38.

Does your bar measure 36cm C-T-C at the hoods and 38cm C-T-C at the drops?
I went on 3T's website and on the Superergo (Ergonova/Ernova's replacement I think) the smallest bar listed has 38cm C-T-C at the hoods and 40cm C-T-C at the drops. For some odd reason 3T is now using 'W1' for bar sizing as THM is using 'W2' for bar sizing. And 3T owns THM. Weird.

I agree with above, it's so weird that THM (ex) 42 bar is actually 42 cm C-C in the drop handle end and 40.4 cm C-C at the hoods.

I have a 3T Ergonova with a printed size of 40cm. The bar measures 38.xcm at the hoods and 40cm in the drops. So in the past 3T was using 'W2' for bar sizing. That's why I'm asking Ryan if his bar is 38cm at the hoods or at the drops. Don't know when and why 3T changed the bar sizing from 'W2' to 'W1'.
