Hi all, apologies in advance if this question has already been answered..! I have a Cervelo R5 with SRAM Etap. The rear derailleur is standard short cage and I am running a 11-28 cassette. I have a big ride coming up with 10,000ft of climbing and need to switch to a bigger cassette, either 11-30 or 11-32. Online stores suggest that the max the standard derailleur will take is 11-28. Does anyone know if the standard would take an 11-30 and if I could use a Shim cassette instead of SRAM (I’m pretty sure this aspect wouldn’t be a problem). I don’t really have the cash for the wifli derailleur and SRAM 11-32 cassette.. the hills are >20% gulp..! TIA Graham

The link should have taken you straight to the answer, at least it does on the webpage, not sure it works if you're using tapatalk!
