My bike is near stealth with only the Cannondale logo in white, wearing a black short and white or neon safety jersey. But if I were in a team, I definitely still would go for my own bike style (near stealth).
And tyres should be black only

You should only match your bike to your team kit if the team is paying for the bike.
Conversely... you should always pick your team based on the color of your bike.
