Like your suggestion on the Deda Piega. I was originally working to mimick the modern superleggera so was searching for silver which really limited selection in the 26mm domain. However, after, like the seat post, probably doesn't matter, especially with bar tape.

I'll give the current ones a while longer, and keep your suggestions in mind if I'm still not fully comfortable with it. Thanks

Recently discovered spoon custom works. If I had to add another bike, they would be the ones making it.
Love their OS BB, plenty of contact area for other tubes and they have aluminium sleeve that accomodate pretty much any standard from bb30 to T47
