Need some help regarding wheels.

So if I buy a wheel with the CK R45 centrelock disc hub, will I still be able to use the wheel if I upgrade to eTap hydro and I'm worried as it says Shimano only. Any help will be appreciated thanks!

what exactly are you worried about. SRAM use shimano's cassette standards.
