Brake bleeding done right??

That is only necessary if you squeese the lever with nothing between the pistons. This causes them to not retract fully causing severe brake rub when you insert a rotor. If you did your bleeding with the bleed block in place, then this will be unnessary. The brakes may need a few squeezes to adapt to the thickness of your rotor, but that should be sufficient to fix the pad to rotor spacing.
