I'm searching fresh news about this chainrings, all post are a bit old ( 1 years +).
What do you think about them ? Pros, cons ?

Got them to shift okay, not really great, don’t like they use ramps instead of pins, because already on the 7 at the rear, when you are on the small chainring they are catching the ramps, with the original Campagnolo chain set I could cross all the way, you have to be gentle on the down shifts, otherwise it drops the chain.

Maybe not so related but I wonder... if I may...

Do pins usully allow for more space than ramps?

Don't most rings have ramps and pins these days?

Extralite rings don't have any pins apparently. Pins must be too heavy :D

I'm still curious as how ramps take up more space. They must be larger on these rings.

i will take a photo of what i mean by the ramps, they are quite a bit larger on these rings, compared to the original campagnolo rings.

Don't think much has changed over the years. I used them for years and then went to praxis rings. The extra weight is well worth not having to deal with chain drops and poor shifting.
